Dan our sales representative, was incredibly helpful and patient in explaining everything about the whole procedure. Throughout the whole procedure from selecting my vehicle and from the day of arrival and picking up our vehicle he consistently kept us updated throughout. This not only kept us informed it also eased our mind that we had absolutely nothing to worry about

What a truly great pleasure it has been buying our latest Renault from Bristol Street Bradford.. I have bought many, many cars in 55 plus years of motoring and it can be stressful. Not here. Sales representative immediately available, car parked so it was easy inspect, superb long test drive, every question answered, no pressure to rush anything. I have never felt more confident that my choice of a used car was the right one. Cora was excellent. Professional but still Friendly. Quick and Efficient but still patient with my endless questions. Knowledgeable about the car and its history but would check if necessary. The handover process was so efficient that I hardly had time to finish my coffee. I don’t mean I was rushed but that everything was ready. Everything done electronically and copies emailed to me. Plenty of time for a final inspection of the, now beautifully prepared, car before we drove off very happy.

Staff really helpful in sourcing the second hand car and arranging a test drive of another car until mine was delivered, then a further test drive and look round. Excellent finance package and no sales pressure in making my decision. After care service has also been good to resolve a few issues. Felt I got the car I wanted and a reasonable value and that the support for the next 2 years will serve me well. I previously had 6 years of new cars at this garage and have always found them to be helpful and professional in both sales and service departments, I would recommend them.

Had service done on my Clio recently. Guys have highlighted few minor issues and asked me how to proceed. I was positively surprised with the price they asked for to correct them. Enough to say, all issues resolved during the very same visit and had my car back soon. Clean and in a good shape. Well done guys. See you next year.
